B2B Content Marketing Strategist

Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven B2B Content Marketing Strategist to develop and execute content strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience creating high-impact content for B2B audiences and aligning content with the sales funnel and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
  • Plan, create, and manage high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create content that supports lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities.
  • Optimize content for SEO and search visibility to increase organic traffic.
  • Manage and maintain the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Analyze content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other marketing platforms and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats such as social posts, infographics, and email sequences.
  • Ensure all content reflects the company’s brand voice, messaging, and value proposition.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing or content strategy.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
  • Experience using marketing automation and analytics tools.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content for business audiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Knowledge of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and inbound marketing.
  • Understanding of content distribution strategies across multiple channels.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe) or content repurposing.
