About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive B2B Coordinator to join our Projects Department. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact between our organization and business clients, ensuring smooth coordination and successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with B2B clients to understand project requirements and objectives
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Track project progress and ensure timelines are met
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and updates
  • Handle client communications and provide regular status updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.)
  • Assist in managing contracts, invoices, and project-related documentation
  • Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or B2B operations
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
