About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
B2B Coordinator
to join our Projects Department. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact between our organization and business clients, ensuring smooth coordination and successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with B2B clients to understand project requirements and objectives

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams

Support project planning, scheduling, and execution

Track project progress and ensure timelines are met

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and updates

Handle client communications and provide regular status updates

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.)

Assist in managing contracts, invoices, and project-related documentation

Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or B2B operations
-
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
