We are looking for a skilled Data Scraping and Lead Generation Specialist (2+ years) to build high-quality B2B lead databases and generate qualified meetings for product and service-based businesses. The role focuses on identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), extracting verified decision-maker data, and supporting outbound sales efforts through accurate and structured lead lists.
The ideal candidate is experienced in using modern scraping tools, LinkedIn prospecting platforms, and data enrichment tools to deliver clean, targeted, and conversion-ready leads.

Snov.io- Email extraction and validation
HubSpot - Lead management and pipeline tracking
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in B2B lead generation, data scraping, or sales intelligence
- Strong expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and scraping tools
- Ability to build ICP-based targeted lead lists
- Understanding of email enrichment and verification workflows
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication skills for understanding client requirements
- Experience in SaaS, agencies, or B2B services is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with cold email campaigns or outbound sales teams
- Knowledge of automation tools and lead workflow systems
- Experience in booking B2B meetings through outbound campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines
Experience:
2-2.5 Years
Pay: Up to Rs80,000.00 per month
