About Us

We are a growing dental laboratory focused on building long-term relationships with dental practices through quality work, communication, and service. We are looking for an experienced and motivated outside sales professional to help build and grow our sales organization from the ground up.

This is an opportunity for someone entrepreneurial who wants to play a major role in expanding a dental lab with strong long-term growth potential.

Position Overview

Initially, this role will focus heavily on prospecting and appointment setting. The primary responsibility is to cold visit dental offices, introduce our lab, build relationships with office managers and doctors, and schedule meetings between the practice and the lab owner.

Over time, the position can evolve into a larger sales leadership role as the organization grows.

Responsibilities

• Cold call and cold walk into dental practices daily
• Ask for and build relationships with office managers, treatment coordinators, and doctors
• Schedule meetings between dental practices and the lab owner
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new dental office opportunities
• Track outreach efforts and follow-ups
• Represent the lab professionally and confidently in person
• Help develop and improve the sales process as the company grows

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales experience required
• Dental industry experience strongly preferred (dental lab, dental supplies, medical sales, etc.)
• Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face prospecting
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build something long term
• Reliable transportation required
