Role Description

We are seeking an experienced B2B Digital Marketing Executive to plan and execute digital marketing strategies focused on bulk and institutional lead generation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Visakhapatnam. The candidate will be responsible for driving B2B visibility, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales growth through targeted digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns aligned with bulk sales objectives
• Generate institutional and corporate leads for cleaning chemicals and pest control services
• Manage and grow social media channels with a B2B-focused approach
• Create, optimize, and manage website content, landing pages, and lead forms
• Use web analytics tools to track performance, leads, and conversion metrics
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and B2B strategies

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (B2B preferred)
• Strong expertise in marketing strategy and communication
• Proficiency in social media marketing and web content writing
• Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Proven ability to create lead-generation-driven campaigns
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of B2B marketing funnels and institutional sales cycles
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Preferred Experience

• Experience in cleaning chemicals, pest control, facility services, FMCG B2B, or industrial products
• Experience working with distributors or small-to-medium businesses is a plus
