The Goal

Drive paid guest posting revenue by acquiring new clients through strategic B2B email marketing campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

1. Build & Execute Email Campaigns:

• Create compelling cold/warm email sequences targeting guest posting opportunities
• Segment and prospect publishers using tools like Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

2. Generate & Nurture Leads:

• Build and manage a robust publisher pipeline
• Convert prospects into clients with high-impact messaging
• A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and messaging for better conversion

3. Track Performance:

• Monitor KPIs: open rates, reply rates, conversions
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and performance trends

You Must Have

• Proven experience in B2B email marketing
• Portfolio of outreach campaigns that led to paid clients or partnerships
• Strong skills in persuasive copywriting, campaign analytics & tools like Mailshake
• Ability to manage and personalize outreach for 100+ leads/week
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
