The Goal

Drive paid guest posting revenue by acquiring new clients through strategic B2B email marketing campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

1. Build & Execute Email Campaigns:

Create compelling cold/warm email sequences targeting guest posting opportunities

Segment and prospect publishers using tools like Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

2. Generate & Nurture Leads:

Build and manage a robust publisher pipeline

Convert prospects into clients with high-impact messaging

A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and messaging for better conversion

3. Track Performance:

Monitor KPIs: open rates, reply rates, conversions

Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and performance trends

You Must Have

Proven experience in B2B email marketing

Portfolio of outreach campaigns that led to paid clients or partnerships

Strong skills in persuasive copywriting, campaign analytics & tools like Mailshake

Ability to manage and personalize outreach for 100+ leads/week

A proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
