Summary/Objective
The B2B Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for driving pipeline and revenue by deeply understanding customer needs and aligning marketing initiatives with sales priorities. This role works closely with the sales team to gather insights, identify opportunities, and develop targeted activation strategies that move prospects through the funnel.
By combining customer feedback, market insights, and performance data, you will create and execute marketing programs that resonate with buyers, support sales conversations, and improve conversion at every stage of the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with sales to support late-stage pipeline opportunities through tailored experiences and account-based initiatives. Understand customer needs, objections, and buying behaviors.
- Translate sales feedback and market insights into targeted marketing strategies and activation plans
- Develop and execute campaigns that support account engagement, pipeline progression, and deal acceleration
- Collaborate with sales on account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for key opportunities
- Identify gaps in the customer journey and create marketing solutions to improve engagement and conversion
- Support late-stage pipeline through tailored content, campaigns, and activation strategies
- Work with creative teams to develop messaging and assets aligned with customer needs
- Gather and analyze customer and sales feedback to continuously refine marketing strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and pipeline impact, optimizing based on results and insights
- Coordinate closely with field marketing and events to align digital and in-person activation efforts
- Track and report on key metrics including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and revenue impact
- Identify new opportunities to better connect with target audiences and improve go-to-market effectiveness

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and other office equipment. Appropriate personal protective equipment will be required when visiting production areas.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or a related role
- Proven experience partnering closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Experience developing and executing account-based marketing (ABM) or targeted activation strategies
- Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys, buying behavior, and funnel optimization
- Experience gathering and applying customer and sales feedback to inform marketing strategies
- Hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Supervisory Responsibility
This position may require interaction and oversight of design contractors.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
