Core objective:
We’re looking for a senior profile who can help increase the chances of closing $15K+ custom software projects. This role sits between marketing and sales and is responsible for lead quality, deal readiness, and close support.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years in B2B software services, tech agencies, or consulting
Hands-on experience supporting or closing $15K–$100K+ software deals
Good understanding of:
Custom software development
AI/ML or enterprise digital solutions
Fixed-price vs T&M models
Experience in lead qualification, presales, proposals, objection handling
Comfortable working directly with founders/senior stakeholders
Key responsibilities:
Qualify inbound/outbound leads (budget, scope, urgency, authority)
Improve deal positioning and sales readiness
Create/refine sales assets (pitch decks, case studies, proposals)
Support discovery and closing calls
Improve close rate, deal size, and sales cycle (revenue KPIs)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
