B2B Inside Sales Associate (Cold Calling Specialist)

Position Overview:

We're seeking a highly motivated B2B Inside Sales Associate whose primary responsibility will be generating new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling and appointment setting. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of connecting with business decision-makers. While IT experience isn't required, successful candidates will become comfortable discussing our technical services at a basic level (training provided).

Core Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through high-volume outbound calling (minimum 40-50 calls daily)
  • Set a minimum of 8-10 qualified sales appointments weekly with business decision-makers
  • Conduct effective cold calls via phone and email to introduce our IT services and solutions
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Utilize our CRM system to meticulously track all leads, opportunities, and client interactions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective follow-up techniques
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience with demonstrated success in cold calling
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets
  • Strong verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to engage executives on the phone
  • Resilient, self-motivated personality with the drive to push through rejection
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools
  • Results-driven with exceptional time management and organizational skills

*This is a salary plus commission role.

This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission structure with uncapped earning potential. As you prove your abilities, there are clear growth paths into outside sales, account management, or sales leadership roles within our organization.
