B2B Marketing & Digital Communications Specialist

Required:

✔ 4+ years of B2B marketing experience

✔ Website/CMS experience (WordPress preferred)

✔ Strong writing skills (newsletters, press releases, technical content)

✔ Experience partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams

✔ Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly messaging

Highly Preferred:

✔ Manufacturing, industrial, specialty chemical, automation, engineering, or technical product experience

✔ Product launches, trade shows, and sales enablement

✔ HubSpot, Salesforce, or email marketing platforms

Please Note: This is a hands-on individual contributor role. Candidates with primarily B2C, social media-only, or graphic design-focused backgrounds may not be the best fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage website content and digital communications
• Execute B2B marketing campaigns
• Create newsletters, press releases, case studies, and technical content
• Support Sales through collateral and sales enablement tools
• Coordinate with website developers, vendors, and industry partners
• Support product launches, trade shows, and customer communications
• Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements

• Transition responsibilities from a long-tenured marketing leader
• Learn Gurtler's products, customers, and industries
• Build relationships with Sales, R&D, Operations, and Leadership
• Strengthen website and digital marketing processes
• Establish structure and consistency in marketing activities
