B2B marketer
to
lead customer acquisition for GuardPass.
The target market is security employers, from large security companies to event firms, retail loss prevention teams, hotels, and corporate security departments. These are businesses that hire security professionals regularly and need a better way to do it.
This role covers strategy and execution. You will define positioning, identify which channels and messages convert, build and launch campaigns, and scale what works. You will work with budget, tools (HubSpot, GA4, Fullstory, Figma, paid channels), and team support across content, creative, and design. The connection between your work and revenue is direct. What you build will generate pipeline, and pipeline will drive growth.
What you will be doing
-
Define positioning and messaging that resonates with security employers. Identify what pain points to lead with, what language converts, and what angles to test across channels
-
Develop and own the B2B marketing strategy across the full funnel, from awareness through to closed deals
-
Build and run paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant platforms. Manage budgets, write ad copy, test creatives, and optimise based on performance data
-
Create and manage email marketing workflows in HubSpot. Build nurture sequences, segment audiences, write copy, set up automation, and track conversions through the funnel
-
Build landing pages that convert. Write copy, structure layouts, set up forms, and test variations to improve conversion rates
-
Use GA4 and Fullstory to analyse user behaviour, identify drop off points, and inform optimisation decisions across the funnel
-
Develop content that supports the buyer journey. Write or commission blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and guides that educate prospects and drive inbound interest
-
Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one pagers, objection handlers, and competitive comparisons that help the sales team close faster
-
Plan and execute webinars, events, and partnerships that generate qualified pipeline
-
Experiment across ABM, guerrilla tactics, and unconventional channels. Find what moves the needle for this specific market and double down
-
Collaborate with sales to define lead scoring, improve lead quality, shorten sales cycles, and maintain tight feedback loops
-
Set up and maintain reporting dashboards covering CAC, pipeline value, MQL to SQL conversion, deal velocity, and channel ROI
-
Research competitors, market dynamics, and buyer behaviour to identify opportunities and inform strategy
What We're Looking For
Must haves
-
B2B SaaS or marketplace marketing experience. You have marketed a product to businesses, not consumers, and not only from the agency side
-
Hands on HubSpot experience including workflows, automation, and reporting
-
Experience running paid campaigns with a working understanding of CAC, conversion, and attribution
-
Strong writing ability. Ad copy, email copy, landing page copy, sales materials. You can get a campaign live without depending on a copywriter
-
Strategic thinking paired with willingness to execute. You can set direction and also do the work
-
Ability to operate independently and make decisions with limited guidance
Nice to haves
-
Experience marketing to HR, recruitment, or workforce management buyers
-
Understanding of marketplace or platform business models where you need to grow both sides
-
Experience with account based marketing or industry specific go to market strategies
The kind of person who thrives here
-
You treat your function like your own business and take full accountability for its growth
-
You test with discipline, learn from results, and apply what works at scale
-
You make decisions based on data, not instinct alone
-
You communicate clearly and can make complex ideas simple
What You Get:
-
Ownership of the growth function at a platform with 200,000+ professionals and real market traction
-
A direct line between your campaigns and revenue outcomes
-
Budget to execute and scale what works
-
Access to content, creative, and design support across the team
-
Tools including HubSpot, GA4, Fullstory, Figma, and paid platforms
