Role Overview

We’re seeking a B2B Marketing Performance Specialist with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization. You’ll be the go-to person for driving measurable ROI across digital channels and scaling demand generation efforts for a B2B audience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize B2B paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms.

• Manage HubSpot (or similar automation tools) to build workflows, lead scoring, and nurturing sequences.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs (CPL, CAC, conversion rates, ROI) to improve campaign efficiency.

• 
  Implement A/B testing and continuously optimize messaging and targeting for B2B buyers.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure lead quality and pipeline impact.

  Stay up to date on best practices, tools, and trends in B2B performance marketing.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years of proven B2B performance marketing experience.

• Strong expertise in HubSpot (automation, CRM, reporting).

• Data-driven mindset with a track record of improving ROI in lead generation campaigns.

• Solid understanding of the B2B buyer journey, funnels, and conversion optimization.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.
