B2B Operations Executive – Job Responsibilities
- Manage and support end-to-end B2B operational processes, from order initiation to fulfillment
- Coordinate with sales, finance, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution of B2B transactions
- Handle order processing, invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups for business clients
- Maintain and update B2B client records, contracts, pricing, and SLAs
- Monitor order status, delivery timelines, and service commitments to ensure client satisfaction
- Act as the point of contact for B2B clients for operational queries and issue resolution
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and contractual terms
- Prepare and share MIS reports, sales support data, and operational performance dashboards
- Track KPIs such as order turnaround time, fulfillment accuracy, and client escalations
- Support onboarding of new B2B clients, including system setup and process alignment
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to meet business requirements
- Identify process gaps and suggest operational improvements to enhance efficiency
- Assist in audits, reconciliations, and month-end operational closures

- Experience in B2B operations / enterprise accounts handling
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles, contracts, and invoicing
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
