B2B Operations Executive – Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and support end-to-end B2B operational processes, from order initiation to fulfillment
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution of B2B transactions
  • Handle order processing, invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups for business clients
  • Maintain and update B2B client records, contracts, pricing, and SLAs
  • Monitor order status, delivery timelines, and service commitments to ensure client satisfaction
  • Act as the point of contact for B2B clients for operational queries and issue resolution
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and contractual terms
  • Prepare and share MIS reports, sales support data, and operational performance dashboards
  • Track KPIs such as order turnaround time, fulfillment accuracy, and client escalations
  • Support onboarding of new B2B clients, including system setup and process alignment
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to meet business requirements
  • Identify process gaps and suggest operational improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Assist in audits, reconciliations, and month-end operational closures

Key Skills:

Tools

  • Experience in B2B operations / enterprise accounts handling
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles, contracts, and invoicing
  • Problem-solving and multitasking ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
