Job Description:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage daily D2C (Direct-to-Customer) orders and shipments. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and efficient order processing, shipping, and delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and fulfill D2C orders on a daily basis
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipment and delivery
- Ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment, minimizing errors and returns
- Track and update order status, resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer queries
- Analyze and report on order fulfillment metrics, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and logistics software
- Proficient in Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
