Target Markets: UK, USA & Australia

Full-Time Position

Salary & Incentives

PKR 50,000 per month (Base Salary)

  • PKR 2,000 per qualified meeting beyond 15 per month

Performance-based growth opportunity after 3 months based on consistency and results.

Working Hours (Pakistan Standard Time – PKT)

Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Saturday (Half Day): 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Sunday: Off

About the Role

This is not just a message-sending job.

You will be responsible for designing, executing, and improving our outbound system across LinkedIn and cold email. You will own the outreach process from targeting to qualified meeting booking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and refine ideal prospect profiles
  • Build targeted lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Design LinkedIn and cold email outreach sequences
  • Send personalized outreach messages (no copy-paste spam)
  • Manage conversations professionally
  • Follow up consistently
  • Qualify prospects properly before booking
  • Track reply rates and booking performance
  • Continuously improve outreach strategy

Important – Meeting Quality Standards

We prioritize quality over quantity.

A qualified meeting must:

✔ Be with a relevant decision-maker

✔ Match our target profile

✔ Show genuine interest

✔ Not be rushed within the first few messages

✔ Come after proper conversation and qualification

Low-quality or forced bookings are not acceptable.

Performance Expectations

Minimum 15 qualified meetings per month.

Performance incentives apply beyond 15 meetings.

Consistency and meeting quality are key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years experience in B2B outreach or appointment setting
  • Experience targeting UK, USA, or Australian markets preferred
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience running cold email campaigns
  • Ability to design and structure outbound campaigns
  • Own laptop and stable internet connection

  • Do you have your own laptop and a stable internet connection to work remotely full-time?
