B2B Outside Sales Representative

Job Overview
This is a face-to-face, relationship-driven B2B sales position.

You will:

  • Prospect and identify local business opportunities
  • Conduct in-person meetings with business owners
  • Present tailored marketing solutions
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Close deals and drive monthly revenue targets
  • Manage pipeline activity and follow-ups

This is not a desk-only position. This role requires confidence in the field and comfort initiating conversations.

Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:

  • Has 1–3+ years of B2B or outside sales experience (not required)
  • Is comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and networking
  • Can build rapport quickly with business owners
  • Is self-motivated and results-driven
  • Thrives in performance-based environments
  • Has strong communication and closing skills

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

  • Local business sales
  • Advertising or marketing sales
  • Merchant services
  • Home services sales
  • Territory sales
