Location: Hybrid Remote – San Diego, CA 92102
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday
Salary: $90,000 – $150,000 per year (Draw + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and experienced sales representative to join our fast-growing team. If you have experience in construction sales, building materials, or home improvement services, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B leads with builders, general contractors, developers, and architects.
• Sell and promote insulation services for new construction projects (single-family, multi-family, commercial).
• Perform job site visits, estimate insulation needs, and deliver detailed proposals.
• Build long-term client relationships by providing expert-level service and support.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure proper installation and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on Title 24 energy code, local building codes, and green construction trends.
• Log sales activity in CRM and report pipeline progress regularly.

Qualifications

• Construction or insulation sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of building science, thermal insulation products, or home energy efficiency is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a sales pipeline.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
