Job Overview
We are seeking a driven, high-character Outside Sales Representative to grow RRG's clinic partner network across multiple territories here in Utah. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our product lines, building relationships with physicians, clinic owners, and healthcare decision-makers, educating them on the science behind our biologics, and guiding them through our partner onboarding process. This is a commission-based opportunity with strong earning potential for reps who are self-motivated, consultative in their approach, and passionate about the regenerative medicine space. We are really looking for those individuals who lead a healthy lifestyles themselves and "practice what you preach".
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new clinic partnerships through cold outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals within your assigned Utah territory.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and educational meetings with physicians, clinic owners, and staff — communicating the science, compliance framework, and clinical value of RRG's product lines.
- Track all outreach activity, manage your pipeline, and report on territory performance.
- Represent RRG's brand with professionalism and compliance integrity — all sales activity must align with FDA regulatory guidelines governing HCT/P and biologic products.
- Collaborate with the VP of Clinic Success and your territory manager to refine messaging, territory strategy, and account development plans.
- Meet or exceed monthly production minimums and new account acquisition targets.
Qualifications
- Proven outside sales or B2B sales experience — healthcare, medical device, aesthetics, or wellness industries strongly preferred.
- Consultative selling approach with strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable engaging clinical decision-makers including physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinic administrators.
- High integrity and willingness to operate within a regulated industry's compliance and language guidelines.
- Self-directed, energetic, and resilient — capable of managing a territory independently and hitting the ground running.
- Knowledge of regenerative medicine, biologics, or the aesthetics/orthopedic/longevity clinic space is a significant advantage.
Compensation
- Commission, you get a percentage of all orders completed by your clinics.
- Performance incentives for top producers
Pay: $150,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
