Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Representative to help expand our customer base throughout California.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, conducting product presentations, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, purchasing managers, and decision-makers
- Present products and solutions to prospective clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and sourcing solutions
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, online research, trade events, and other channels
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project execution
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets
- Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven success in business development and account management
- Experience selling industrial products, sourcing services, manufacturing solutions, fitness equipment, or related products preferred
- Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as neede
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable making outbound calls and prospecting new clients
- Ability to build trust and develop long-term customer relationships
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- B2B sales experience is preferred but not required
- Experience in construction products, fitness equipment, kitchenware, sourcing services, or related industries is a plus
- Bilingual English and Chinese is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
