B2B Partnerships & Growth Executive – Riyadh

We are looking for a *highly driven, field-oriented professional* to build and scale our B2B partnerships channel in Riyadh.

This is not a typical sales role.

This role is for someone who can *open doors, build relationships, and directly drive revenue*.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

Build Corporate Partnerships

* Identify and connect with decision-makers across companies in Riyadh

* Secure opportunities to activate on-site (booths, employee offers, campaigns)

* Negotiate and distribute exclusive offers to drive employee engagement and conversions

Drive Performance

* Track and monitor discount code usage across partners

* Ensure internal promotion within companies to maximize redemptions

* Continuously optimize partnerships based on performance

Execute On-Ground Activations

* Identify high-traffic opportunities (corporates, malls, events)

* Plan and manage booth activations from start to finish

* Ensure strong on-ground execution that converts into sales

Expand Retail Presence

* Build relationships with grocery and convenience stores

* Secure placements for our products across retail channels

* Identify opportunities for storefront expansion

🔹 How You’ll Be Measured

* Revenue generated from B2B partnerships

* Discount code usage and conversion rates

* Number and quality of partnerships secured

* Activation performance (traffic, leads, sales)

* Retail placements and growth contribution

🔹 What We’re Looking For

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work independently and take full ownership

* Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

🔹 Requirements

* Fluent in Arabic and English

* Based in Riyadh

* Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

* Experience in sales, partnerships, or business development is a plus
