Role Overview

We are looking for a B2B Real Estate Consultant to advise corporate clients on property acquisitions, leasing, and investment strategies. This role requires expertise in commercial real estate, market analysis, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for ensuring that Website 4 Realty LLC delivers tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of business clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services on commercial property acquisitions, leasing, and investments.
• Conduct market research and prepare real estate analysis reports.
• Advise clients on compliance with Qatari real estate laws and regulations.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with landlords, developers, and investors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized real estate solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights on market opportunities.
• Support business development by identifying new B2B real estate opportunities.
• Prepare reports and strategic recommendations for clients and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in commercial real estate consulting or corporate property management.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari real estate regulations and international property standards.
• Proven track record of managing B2B real estate transactions successfully.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a client-focused, fast-paced environment.
