The Role

Lume Tallow is a fast-growing premium skincare brand built on 100% grass-fed beef tallow — and we're looking for a driven, self-motivated B2B sales rep to bring our Wholesale Recovery Program into medspas and aesthetic clinics across Southern California.

This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor role with a genuine opportunity to build passive, recurring income as you grow your account base. Every account you open keeps reordering — and every reorder earns you a commission. The more accounts you build, the more your income compounds.

What You'll Be Selling

The Lume Tallow Recovery Protocol — a complete wholesale bundle designed specifically for post-procedure patient care:

Recovery Protocol Moisturizer (retail $80) — 100% grass-fed tallow, Dragon's Blood Resin, Niacinamide B3, Hyaluronic Acid, Squalane, zero synthetics

Recovery Cleanser (retail $35) — gentle, naturally-derived, formulated for compromised post-procedure skin

7-Day Skin Recovery Blueprint (retail value $25, included free) — peer-reviewed, branded patient take-home protocol

Wholesale bundles from $60–$76/unit. Retail value $140/unit. Medspas earn 34–46% gross margin.

Compensation & Earning Potential

30% commission on new accounts (first order) — 20% on all reorders — no cap, no ceiling

Recurring income — accounts reorder monthly at 20% commission. Your recurring income grows with every account you open and keep.

Starter orders close fast — minimum order is just 6 units ($456). Low friction, quick win.

Example earnings: Close 10 Growth-tier accounts ($816/order each) at 30% commission — that’s $2,448 in first-order commissions. As those same accounts reorder monthly at 20%, that’s $1,632/month in recurring commissions without opening a single new door.

Who We're Looking For

Self-starter comfortable working independently and owning your pipeline

Consultative sales style — you educate and build trust, not just pitch

Existing relationships in the medspa, aesthetics, or esthetician community are a significant advantage — but not required if you have strong B2B sales experience and a willingness to build

Comfortable talking about skincare ingredients and post-procedure protocols (we'll train you on everything you need to know)

Reliable follow-through — this channel closes on relationship, not pressure

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Existing book of business calling on medspas, aesthetic clinics, or dermatology offices

Background in aesthetics, skincare sales, or medical sales

Experience with 1099 / independent rep structures

The Details

Structure: 1099 independent contractor, commission-only

Territory: Local — Southern California (candidates must be able to pick up samples in person)

Reorders: Commission paid on every reorder from your accounts, indefinitely
