Job Description:
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

Identify and approach potential clients across target industries

Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals

Build and maintain strong sales pipeline
2. Consultative Sales Approach

Understand client needs and position Tawzef as a strategic HR partner

Present tailored solutions (Recruitment, Outsourcing, Payroll, EOR, Consultancy)

Move beyond “selling CVs” → selling solutions
3. Client Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with clients

Act as a key point of contact for client communication

Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
4. Proposal & Negotiation

Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements

Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
5. Market Intelligence
-
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and hiring needs

Provide insights to internal teams for better positioning
Requirements:
-
3 years of experience in B2B sales / business development
-
Experience in one of the following is a strong plus:
-
Recruitment agencies
-
HR services / outsourcing
-
SaaS / B2B services
-
Strong understanding of sales cycles and client acquisition

Proven track record in closing deals and hitting targets

Strong communication and presentation skills
