Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Account Manager (Remote) to manage and grow our business client relationships. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently from a remote location while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts remotely
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers via calls and virtual meetings
  • Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams to prepare quotations and proposals
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, order processing, and after-sales support
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communications using CRM tools
  • Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Account Management (preferably in Networking, Telecom, or IT products)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a remote setup
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneNote, and CRM platforms (Zoho One preferred)
  • Must have a personal laptop, smartphone, and a stable high-speed internet connection
  • Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined with excellent time-management skills
