Overview
We are looking for a motivated and versatile team member who can combine administrative support with B2B sales activities. This role is crucial as it ensures smooth communication and coordination whenever the Sales Director is traveling or based abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks for the B2B showroom in Umm Al Quwain
- Communicate with suppliers, clients, and partners (email, phone, and in person)
- Support project coordination and scheduling
- Prepare and maintain reports, proposals, and presentations
- Assist with sales activities: customer meeting preparation, follow-up with business partners
- Act as point of contact for stakeholders during management’s absence
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally in the furniture or interior design industry
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Arabic language skills preferred
- German language skills are a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, structured, and professional attitude
