We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our business network and drive growth in the jewellery segment. The ideal candidate should have strong market understanding, client relationship management skills, and experience in promoting jewellery products to retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in domestic and international B2B markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Promote new collections, catalogues, and customized jewellery offerings to key clients.
- Conduct regular client visits, product demonstrations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate terms of sales and close profitable deals in line with company targets.
- Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams for client-specific requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
- Participate in jewellery exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 2–6 years in B2B sales within the jewellery, luxury, or fashion industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing basics.
- Excellent client handling and networking abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows.

Pay: ₹11,114.80 - ₹63,262.31 per month
