NOW HIRING B2B SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE - Responsibilities include developing product catalogs, presentations, communicating effectively with customers for private label and B2B Sales. You will be working with the CEO in the developing of various brands and have the ability to communicate effectively in English and Urdu as well as develop presentations, catalogs, brochures, price offers and be able to develop brands and product lines. You will be trained in the product lines and must be excellent in communication, documentation skills and customer management managing both inbound and outbound leads/communications.

  • Prospecting: Identifying potential business clients and initiating contact.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivating strong, long-term relationships with business clients such as fashion houses, celebrities, independent startup brands, salons and other private label and contract manufacturing customers..
  • Pitching & Negotiation: Presenting products/services, tailoring solutions, and closing contracts.
  • Account Management: Managing existing customers and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Key Skills & Goals

  • Alignment: Working closely with sales, product, and executive teams to align goals.
  • Background in Cosmetics/Skincare/R&D /Formulations: Understanding different formulations in skincare and makeup and being able to communicate with clients the difference between different products and formulations.
  • Core Skills: Strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and deep product/industry knowledge

Good Base Salary with incentives and commissions on B2B Sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
