Job Purpose
To drive sales growth, ensure timely collections, and meet monthly targets by executing strategic sales activities tailored to customer needs, contracts, and market demands.
Job Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.

Achieve monthly sales volume and collection targets consistently.

Demonstrate deep expertise in Oils & Fats, especially within B2B food manufacturing.

Manage Modern Trade customers and oversee the monthly claim process.

Handle Out-of-Home channels, including QSR, Bakery, and HORECA.

Develop and implement customer plans across assigned channels, ensuring market visits and high customer satisfaction.

Monitor customer payments and balance confirmations in line with company policy.
Job Requirements

Degree:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or relevant field.

Experience:
4 – 6 years’ relevant experience
