B2B Sales - Commercial HVAC | $70,000 to $80,000 Base + uncapped commission

Potential annual earnings of $200,000 annually

Hours: Monday through Friday

Job Duties:

  • As a key member of the team, you'll play a critical role in driving growth, creating new opportunities, and building meaningful customer relationships.
  • Cold Calling: Consistently engage decision-makers through proactive outreach, opening doors to new business opportunities.
  • Business Development: Identify, develop, and cultivate new business opportunities to expand our reach and impact.
  • Executive-Level Presentations: Prepare and deliver polished, high-level presentations that clearly communicate our value proposition to executive audiences.
  • FinancialLife Cycle Analysis: Develop detailed financial and life cycle analyses that demonstrate value from the customer's perspective.
  • Proposal Generation: Create and present compelling, customized proposals aligned with client goals and business objectives.
  • ROI-Focused Selling: Lead conversations centered on financial return on investment (ROI), helping customers understand the long-term business value of our solutions rather than focusing solely on technical features.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B or consultative sales, with a track record of success selling services or other intangible solutions
  • We're looking for someone who knows how to build lasting relationships through trust, insight, and value - not price.
  • Strong cold-calling experience, both over the phone and in person
  • Financial acumen with the ability to confidently sell ROI-driven concepts and business value
  • Self-disciplined, highly motivated, and results-driven, with a history of achieving top performance and sales recognition
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account development
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record required
