Overview- Outside Sales
TID SYSTEMS is seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Strategist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth, expanding our market presence, and fostering strong customer relationships in Northern Nevada. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales processes, strategic planning, and customer relationship management tools.

Responsibilities: Outside Sales

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify new market opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Utilize the CRM software to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze customer data for targeted outreach.
  • Lead sales efforts by engaging potential clients through effective negotiation and tailored proposals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that support business growth objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the timely delivery of strategic initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on business development performance metrics for executive leadership.

Requirements: Outside Sales

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of successful strategic planning.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, project management, and customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and how they integrate with business growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment.
