Our core white-glove service is $749/month. Right now, the $1,594 setup fee is waived for qualifying clients.

We are building a high-accountability sales team of people who want to work hard, learn fast, and grow with a startup-style company.

Role Overview

We are looking for a remote B2B Sales Contractor who can prospect, call, demo, follow up, and close business owners.

This role is for someone who wants to be around goal-driven people and be part of building something from the ground up. You will sell our AI automation white-glove service to business owners and decision makers.

This is a startup-style sales role for someone who is ready to work, learn fast, hit clear sales goals, and grow into leadership.

Top performers may also be considered for a future leadership path where they help manage sales shifts, support hiring, train new reps, and improve the sales process.

Sales Tool Access

Sales team members use our internal AI sales toolkit for prospecting, demo creation, CRM support, dialer access, and AI Assessor Smart Agent demos.

This toolkit helps reps quickly generate starter websites and demos, often in minutes, which can be used as a lead magnet and sales conversation starter.

Toolkit access is $67/month for active sales team members. This tool is used to support sales activity, client demonstrations, follow-up, and pipeline management.

You will sell a done-for-you AI growth system that helps businesses with:

Clients do not need to learn complicated software or manage the tools themselves. We handle setup, onboarding, and support.

Our system can also give clients access to tools that may replace multiple separate software subscriptions, including:

  • CRM
  • Sales pipelines

  • Forms, surveys, and quizzes

What You’ll Do

  • Find and contact business owners
  • Make outbound B2B sales calls
  • Demo our AI automation offer using our in-house toolkit
  • Use quick website/demo examples as part of the sales process
  • Follow up with leads
  • Close new clients
  • Track your sales activity
  • Hit at least 10 closed sales per month
  • Learn our tools, scripts, offer, and sales process
  • Help improve the sales process as you grow
  • Top performers may help manage shifts, train reps, and support future hiring

Compensation

This is an independent contractor role with performance-based pay.

  • $200 commission per closed sale
  • Monthly quota: 10 closed sales
  • Core service sold: $749/month AI Automation White-Glove Service
  • Eligible for a $4,000 monthly performance base/draw when the 10-sales-per-month quota is maintained

For clarity, the $4,000 monthly performance base/draw is tied to maintaining the 10 closed sales per month quota. It is not guaranteed if quota is not maintained.

Top performers may be considered for additional leadership compensation, bonuses, and larger growth opportunities based on sales results, leadership ability, business growth, and company needs.

Growth Path

This role can become a direct path into a leadership role for top performers.

Someone who consistently beats sales goals, helps improve the sales process, supports other reps, and shows strong ownership may be considered for a larger leadership role within the business unit.

Top leaders may have the opportunity to reach higher monthly compensation through a combination of sales results, leadership responsibilities, bonuses, and business growth. This is not a guaranteed promotion, fixed timeline, or guaranteed income level. Advancement is based on performance and company needs.

Possible equity opportunities may be considered for someone who brings in a major strategic partner, large audience, or meaningful business unit growth. Any equity opportunity would be case-by-case and not guaranteed.

Schedule

This is a remote role working on Eastern Time.

Suggested 6-hour work shifts:

  • 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
  • 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST
  • 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
  • 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST
