Job Overview

The B2B Jewelry Sales Manager South Zone is a senior-level, full-time position based in Ahmedabad. This role requires 7 to 10 years of relevant sales experience within the luxury goods or jewellery sector. The Sales Manager will lead the South Zone business development and sales strategy, fostering strong partnerships with jewellers and wholesalers to drive consistent business growth in the region.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales strategy development (Mandatory skill), ensuring tailored approaches to maximize B2B jewellery sales and expand market share across the South Zone.
  • Extensive product knowledge in jewelry (Mandatory skill) such as design trends, materials, and the specific demands of luxury clientele, driving authentic client engagement.
  • Hands-on experience in B2B Marketing (Mandatory skill) utilizing targeted campaigns, events, and trade shows to expand client outreach and foster stronger business alliances.
  • Proven track record in team leadership, motivating and guiding sales professionals to meet and exceed organizational targets while fostering a positive team culture.
  • Strong market analysis abilities to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities for strategic advantage in the luxury jewelry sector.
  • Competency in sales reporting, preparing detailed reports on performance metrics, sales funnels, and forecasting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in supply chain coordination to ensure timely management of inquiries, orders, and delivery, optimizing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Expertise in luxury product merchandising, shaping appealing presentations and displays that resonate with high-value clients and drive product desirability in B2B settings.
  • 4 Wheeler Driving must be Compulsory

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead business development and sales operations for the South Zone, implementing robust sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients, jewellers, and wholesalers across metro and urban markets.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and supply chain teams to customize offerings and ensure optimal client satisfaction.
  • Supervise and mentor the regional sales team, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance through regular reviews and training.
  • Drive market penetration efforts by organizing promotional activities, attending industry events, and leveraging market insights.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and recommend product or service enhancements.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, best practices, and compliance standards, upholding the brand reputation in every interaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
