B2B Sales Executive – Perfume Company: Duties & Responsibilities
- Developing Corporate Client Relationships
- Build long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, hotels, and beauty salons.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Promoting and Selling Perfume Products
- Present company products professionally to persuade clients to purchase.
- Provide quotations and contracts according to company policies.
- Managing Key Accounts
- Monitor key client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work on contract renewals and increasing sales volume.
- Coordinating with Marketing and Production Teams
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and product launch events.
- Provide market feedback to production and marketing teams for product improvement.
- Preparing Sales Reports and Analysis
- Track sales targets and analyze performance regularly.
- Provide management with reports on clients, deals, and future forecasts.
- Participating in Trade Shows and Events
- Represent the company at trade shows and perfume-related events.
- Introduce products to potential clients and enhance brand awareness.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals
- Negotiate pricing, quantities, and payment terms with clients.
- Ensure deals are completed satisfactorily for all parties.
- Order and Delivery Follow-up
- Ensure timely execution of orders and product quality.
- Resolve any shipping or delivery issues in coordination with relevant teams.
