Job Purpose
The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and converting prospects into long-term service contracts. The role focuses on promoting Star Fab's services in facility management, manpower supply, cleaning, operations, and support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
- Conduct field visits to companies, factories, warehouses, commercial centers, and project sites.
- Engage with HR Managers, Procurement Officers, Operations Managers, and Facility Managers.
- Present company services professionally and effectively.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on commercial proposals and quotations.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects until deal closure.
- Update all leads, opportunities, and client activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
- Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for service expansion.
- Contribute to building a strong and sustainable B2B client portfolio.

Requirements

- Good knowledge of the Jeddah market and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp, email, and sales tracking tools.
- Commitment to maintaining accurate records of opportunities and client interactions.
- Experience in facility management, manpower supply, cleaning services, operations, contracting, or support services is highly preferred.
- Own vehicle is considered a strong advantage.
