Job Purpose

The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and converting prospects into long-term service contracts. The role focuses on promoting Star Fab's services in facility management, manpower supply, cleaning, operations, and support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
  • Conduct field visits to companies, factories, warehouses, commercial centers, and project sites.
  • Engage with HR Managers, Procurement Officers, Operations Managers, and Facility Managers.
  • Present company services professionally and effectively.
  • Understand client requirements and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on commercial proposals and quotations.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects until deal closure.
  • Update all leads, opportunities, and client activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
  • Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for service expansion.
  • Contribute to building a strong and sustainable B2B client portfolio.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and acquire new corporate clients.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify and reach key decision-makers.
  • Good knowledge of the Jeddah market and surrounding areas.
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp, email, and sales tracking tools.
  • Commitment to maintaining accurate records of opportunities and client interactions.
  • Experience in facility management, manpower supply, cleaning services, operations, contracting, or support services is highly preferred.
  • Own vehicle is considered a strong advantage.
