- Independence over Micro-management: You will own your client list. While you’ll have significant one-on-one time with the Managing Director, you are trusted to manage your desk like your own business.
- Global Connectivity: You’ll work from home, but you aren’t alone. You are joining a diverse team of 13 full-time pros spanning from Brazil and Ukraine to South Africa and Turkey.

Your Mission: From First Call to Final Invoice
This is a full-cycle B2B sales position. You won’t just "manage" accounts; you will hunt, close, and then nurture the entire lifecycle of the client relationship:
- Aggressive Outreach: Engaging decision-makers in a niche market via phone, email, and video to secure new business.
- Lead Execution: You will be provided with global leads, but the responsibility to convert them lies with you.
- Full-Cycle Stewardship: Handling the entire process from initial contact to sales, invoicing, and securing future repeat business.
- Collaboration: Using a modern tech stack including Pipedrive CRM, Slack, and CallHippo.
Who You Are (The Deal Breakers)
- Proven B2B Closer: You have at least 2+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales (Media/Advertising experience is a plus).
- The Hunter Mentality: You are not afraid of the phone, cold outreach, or persistent follow-ups in a competitive market.
- The Detail-Oriented Manager: You are "good at the details"—you understand that a sale isn't complete until the CRM is updated and the invoice is sent.
- The Independent Engine: You have a "problem-solver" mentality and don't need a team around you to stay motivated.
- The Communicator: Your English is strong enough to negotiate complex deals with global executives.
Compensation & Growth
- Base Salary: $21k – $24k USD gross (depending on experience).
- Uncapped Commission: 10% on all net sales.
- Earnings Path:
- Year 1: $27k – $30k.
- Year 3: $40k – $50k+.
- Longevity Rewards: Significant rewards at your 5- and 10-year anniversaries.
