What You’ll Do

  • Hit Sales Targets: Drive new business by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and continued growth.
  • Prospect & Expand: Research, prioritize, and pursue new business opportunities. Actively network, make outbound calls, and engage prospects to expand market reach.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams—including creative, marketing, and account managers—to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure customer success.
  • Adapt & Excel: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment. Stay up-to-date on product updates, industry changes, and competitive trends.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong record of achieving or exceeding quotas.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, email tools, and CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
  • Experience in the automotive industry, SaaS, or technology-based B2B solutions is preferred.
