B2B KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE
We are looking for a B2B Key account Manager for the Printing and Converting Industry with over 50 years of experience. Based in Lahore, you will move beyond transactional selling to become a trusted advisor for out Tier-1 global accounts.
JOB EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
- (0-1 Years ) Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or MBA with engineering background will be highly desirable.
- Fresh Graduate (Or Up to 1 Years of relevant experience) with great CGPA, intellect level and eagerness for learning and doing bold experiments.

- Can reach to the office site by his/her own: Sundar Industrial Area LAHORE
- Travelling: 50% - Federal and KPK Territory (Peshawar and Mardan)
Mandatory Requirements for this assignment:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- · Manage and nurture relationships with key B2B clients
- · Serve as the primary contact for strategic accounts
- · Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- · Manage end-to-end B2B negotiations, including complex pricing structures, annual agreements.
- · Partner with client R&D teams on product trials, material reformulations, and cost optimization
- · Achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- · Client Complaint Handling; serve as the lead representative for the company in managing quality concerns to ensure swift resolution.
- · Develop account plans and growth strategies
- · Collaborate with internal teams’ production, finance, marketing, and product teams
- · Monitor client performance and ensure KPIs are met
- · Resolve issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
- · Close monitoring on performance and make sure we’re always improving
- · Prepare reports, forecasts, and client presentations and data analysis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- The ability to remain calm and professional while managing high pressure quality disputes or supply chain Interruptions.
- Ability to hold sensible technical conversations about packaging applications, barrier properties and global supply chain dynamics
- Proven ability to navigate long cycle decision-making processes involving multiple stakeholders and technical specifications, with excellent negotiations skills.
- Proven experience in utilizing ERP systems and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to track account performance, analyze sales data, and drive informed decision making.
- A background in printing, packaging or Global Logistics is highly preferred
