We’re now expanding rapidly in the U.S. and Latin America markets and are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Manager to take ownership of our outbound growth motion.


🧭 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a self-driven, highly organized B2B Sales Manager who thrives in start-up environments and loves being part of an early-stage go-to-market motion. You’re not just here to follow a script - you’re here to help us build the script, test hypotheses, shape the sales playbook, and become a trusted advisor to our corporate clients.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

● Drive new business by identifying, contacting, and converting mid-market and enterprise leads

● Qualify and nurture inbound leads, while building outbound pipelines in priority verticals

● Tailor discovery calls and product demos to resonate with HR, Office Admins, CFOs, and COOs

● Prepare compelling proposals and ROI-based pitches that highlight Volindo’s value

● Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and retention

● Represent Volindo at client meetings, events, and industry conferences

● Provide structured feedback from the field to inform pricing, roadmap, and positioning


✅ What You Bring

● 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS and travel-tech sales (start-up experience is a plus)

● Background in Corporate Travel sales is a MUST

● Demonstrated ability to close 4- and 5-figure deals with SOHO/MICRO/SMB companies

● Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (spoken and written)

● Strong organizational skills - you know how to manage a CRM and follow up like a pro

● Independent mindset - you know how to prioritize, hustle, and run your own pipeline

● Familiarity with selling to stakeholders in HR, Admin, Procurement, or Finance
