Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth across the assigned territory in Riyadh
- Identify, open, and onboard new B2B accounts, including coffee shops, roasteries, café chains, and HoReCa distributors
- Manage and grow relationships with key customers to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business
- Promote and sell products such as beverages, syrups, RTD products, café supplies, and related FMCG items
- Own full responsibility for territory performance, including revenue growth and market penetration
- Lead pricing negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures with measurable results
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics within the KSA F&B sector
- Understand procurement cycles and purchasing behavior of customers in the Saudi market
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs, providing accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and account support.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of proven B2B sales experience within F&B / FMCG, with strong exposure to beverages, syrups, RTD products, or café supplies
- Mandatory Riyadh-based experience with an established network across coffee shops, roasteries, café chains, and HoReCa distributors
- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and manage key customers, driving measurable revenue growth
- Strong understanding of KSA market dynamics, including pricing, procurement cycles, and competitive landscape
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs
- English required; Arabic preferred, with strong communication and reporting capabilities
