We are now seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to help accelerate growth in new sectors, markets, and strategic partnerships.

Role Overview

As the B2B Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities within corporate, commercial, and institutional clients. You will use your market expertise and industry network to expand our presence in the B2B segment and contribute to long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic B2B sales plan targeting developers, architects, designers, contractors, real estate firms, hospitality, and corporate clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for home furniture and kitchen cabinets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate sales activities from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B Sales Experience in the furniture industry, especially home furniture and/or kitchen cabinets.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the commercial sales cycle.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
