B2B Sales Manager — Solar
Role
- Own the full sales cycle for solar EPC and O&M projects, from prospecting to contract signing and handover to delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads, coordinate site pre‑assessments with design, and shape technical‑commercial proposals aligned to load profiles, tariffs, and interconnection requirements.
- Build offers with CAPEX/OPEX options, warranties, delivery timelines, and risk notes; present IRR, and payback to business stakeholders.
- Negotiate EPC/O&M terms and change orders; maintain CRM hygiene, forecast bookings, and ensure clean handover to project execution.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of solar project sales with closed EPC/O&M wins.
- Working knowledge of PV design basics, yield drivers, incentives, permits, and grid approvals.
- Strong financial modeling and consultative selling skills.
KPIs
- Bookings and gross margin, RFP win rate, sales cycle time, forecast accuracy, and contract‑to‑NTP conversion.
