Position: B2B Sales Manager
We are looking for a passionate and performance-oriented B2B Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our global partner network, increasing sales revenue, and building long-term relationships with travel industry professionals and corporate clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales Growth
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in local and international markets.
- Grow and strengthen the company’s B2B client portfolio.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish strong partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, MICE companies, and corporate clients.
- Maintain and manage key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Service Promotion & Consultation
- Promote MajeStay Tourism’s services including UAE visas, hotels, excursions, and customized travel packages.
- Recommend tailored solutions based on client requirements and market trends.
Negotiation & Revenue Generation
- Handle pricing discussions, contracts, and partnership agreements professionally.
- Maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Stay updated on tourism market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Candidate Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales within the tourism, travel, or hospitality sector.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop business relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented personality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Female candidates are preferred.
