Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for coffee products and equipment.
  • Lead Generation: Actively prospect and secure new B2B clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes (Horeca), corporate offices, and local retail outlets within Dubai and neighboring Emirates.
  • Product Expertise: Con tem, ensuring all activities and client interactions are logged promptly.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Prepare customized proposals, negotiate contract terms, and successfully close sales deals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and decision-makers to foster repeat business and loyalty.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to inform sales strategies.
  • Account Servicing: Coordinate with the Technical Service team to ensure seamless installation, maintenance, and prompt troubleshooting of coffee equipment at client sites.
  • Order Coordination: Liaise with the Logistics and Warehouse teams at the DIP location to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Administrative: Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and progress reports for management review. Manage assigned sales budget and control operational expenses.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the Food & Beverage (F&B), FMCG, or Horeca sector. Experience specifically in coffee or specialty food sales is highly advantageous.

Skills & Attributes:

  • UAE Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this field-based role.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Coffee Knowledge: Basic understanding of coffee brewing methods, equipment operation, and the differences between various coffee profiles (e.g., Arabica vs. Robusta, roast levels).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
