Position Overview

Siflex is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Officer responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships. The candidate should be comfortable with field visits and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Arrange and conduct client meetings and product presentations
• Prepare daily visit reports and monthly performance summaries
• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Coordinate payment follow-ups

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven field sales experience
• Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
• Market awareness and business acumen
• Basic proficiency in MS Office

Eligibility Criteria

• 1–3 years of relevant sales experience
• Own conveyance preferred
• Familiarity with Karachi market

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per hour
