B2B Sales & Procurement Specialist
(Apparel, Fashion Jewelry, Hair Wigs)

We are a U.S.-based cross-border import and wholesale trading company with stable, high-quality, cost-effective supply chain resources in China. Our product portfolio includes apparel, fashion jewelry, hair wigs, and related accessories. We provide one-stop sourcing, custom production, and import supply services to U.S. wholesalers, retailers, brand sellers, and trading companies.
As our U.S. market business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Specialist to develop local client relationships and manage end-to-end cross-border orders.
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain U.S. B2B clients across apparel, fashion jewelry, and hair wigs, including local brands, wholesalers, retail stores, distributors, and cross-border trading companies; continuously expand channels and secure new bulk orders.
2. Independently communicate and negotiate with clients to confirm product styles, materials, specifications, order quantities, pricing, and lead times for apparel, jewelry, and wigs; finalize and follow up on orders.
3. Liaise with pre-qualified Chinese factories and suppliers for the three product categories; select and match production resources based on client needs, and follow up on sampling, mass production, quality inspection, and revisions.
4. Manage the full cross-border order cycle; coordinate import/export documentation, logistics, and shipping arrangements; track cargo status from China to the U.S. to ensure on-time, intact delivery.
5. Understand U.S. import compliance requirements, tariff policies, and international trade terms including FOB, DDP, and DAP; conduct accurate cost calculations and professional quotations for apparel, jewelry, and wig orders.
6. Handle after-sales communications, coordinate product quality issues, manage order adjustments, and maintain client relationships to build long-term partnerships.
7. Coordinate with the finance team to follow up on client payments and order settlement progress.
Job Requirements
1. Fluent in English for daily business negotiations and client communication.
2. Experience in U.S. local B2B sales, cross-border trade, or product sourcing; background in apparel, fashion jewelry, or hair wig industry is highly preferred.
3. Ability to independently develop markets and negotiate with clients; candidates with existing U.S. local client resources in related categories are strongly preferred.
4. Basic knowledge of materials, production techniques, and industry standards for apparel, jewelry, and wigs; familiarity with cross-border import and export procedures.
5. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; ability to independently handle full-process order operations and client management.
6. Proactive, responsible, and commercially sensitive; able to adapt to the flexible and efficient work style of a startup team.
7. Eligibility to work legally in the U.S.; the company does not sponsor work visas.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
