B2B Sales Rep - Waste Management & Bin Cleaning Services

Garden State Bins is a fast-growing waste management and environmental services company specializing in professional residential and commercial bin cleaning, sanitation, and odor control. We partner with homeowners, HOAs, municipalities, local governments, commercial properties, restaurants, and multi-family communities to provide reliable, eco-friendly cleaning solutions that promote healthier and cleaner environments.
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven B2B Sales Representative to expand our footprint and secure long-term service contracts across residential and commercial sectors.

Position Overview
The B2B Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business by securing service contracts with:
  • Homeowners Associations (HOAs)
  • Municipalities & local government agencies
  • Residential communities
  • Commercial buildings
  • Property management companies
  • Restaurants & retail locations
  • Multi-family housing complexes

This role requires a proactive, relationship-focused professional who thrives in the field and is confident closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with HOA boards, property managers, municipal decision-makers, and business owners
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our waste bin cleaning and sanitation services
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and service agreements
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Represent the company at community meetings and local business events
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with field-based sales and local travel
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
