Summary of Position:


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our portfolio of innovative IT, cybersecurity solutions and business solutions. This role requires a consultative approach to sales, combining technical understanding with business acumen to deliver value-driven solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  •   Identify and pursue new business opportunities in technology and cybersecurity markets
  •   Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Managers)
  •    Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions
  • Learn quickly regarding Aarcalev offerings and marketing approach
  •    Present and demonstrate IT and cybersecurity solutions effectively to prospective clients
  •    Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
  •    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions
  •    Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, compliance regulations, and technology trends
  •    Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to management

Mandatory Requirements:

  •    Proven experience in sales, preferably within IT or cybersecurity industries
  •    Ability to explain technical solutions in clear, business-focused language
  •    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  •    Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on emerging cyber threats and industry trends
  • Arabic fluency is a must. Good grasp on English is desired.
  • Experience of sales in Saudi Arabia or Middle East countries is desirable
  • Willing to work with a combination of salary and commission.

Education / Experience:

  •   Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
  •  Proven track record of 2–5 years in sales, preferably within technology, cybersecurity or similar industries
  •    Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches for B2B
  •    Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
  •    Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity products/services
  •    Experience engaging with senior-level decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors)
  •    Background in building and managing client relationships across multiple industries
  •    Prior exposure to compliance-driven sectors (finance, healthcare, government) is advantageous
  •    Continuous learning mindset with ability to adapt to evolving cyber threats and technology trends
