B2B Sales Representative

Description:

We are a growth infrastructure company that helps businesses scale through AI automation, website design & development, paid advertising, CRM systems, and backend operational support.

Our work focuses on helping business owners improve revenue, streamline systems, and build more efficient sales and marketing infrastructure.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for experienced sales professionals who can confidently communicate value, run discovery conversations, and close business with qualified prospects.

The Role:

This is a sales-focused position. You will be responsible for speaking directly with business owners, presenting solutions, and closing deals using company-provided systems, training, and support.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales conversations with business owners via phone, email, and virtual meetings

- Present and sell company services including automation systems, websites, CRM setups, and advertising solutions

- Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to close

- Follow structured sales processes and scripts while adapting to client needs

- Track all activity and client interactions in the CRM

- Maintain strong follow-up and pipeline management

- Work closely with internal team members to ensure smooth client onboarding after close

Compensation:

- 100% performance-based pay structure tied to closed deals

- Additional performance incentives available

Who We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred

- Strong communication and closing ability

- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers

- Self-driven and accountable

- Coachable and willing to follow a structured sales system

- Experience in digital services, marketing, or SaaS is a plus
