We’re building a high-performance sales team focused on the US staffing market and are hiring experienced SDRs/BDRs who can both generate and close business.
This is not a typical calling role. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from cold outreach to closing deals with US-based healthcare providers and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to US-based prospects
- Identify decision-makers and pitch staffing solutions
- Qualify, nurture, and close deals (not just set appointments)
- Manage your own pipeline from lead to conversion
- Handle objections, negotiate, and drive revenue
- Consistently hit weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling + closing
- Background in SDR, BDR, or sales roles with revenue responsibility
- Excellent English communication with neutral or American accent
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US CST hours
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
- Highly disciplined and performance-driven mindset
Preferred Experience
- US staffing, healthcare, or industrial sales campaigns
- Familiarity with US business culture and buyer behavior
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
